“I started Parkour 8 years ago in Glenwood Springs, CO. Since then, I have trained extremely hard to be physically capable to adapt to my surroundings, enjoy movement, and understand how my body works.

I’ve been fortunate enough to compete around the world in Red Bull: Art of Motion(Tampa, Detroit, Switzerland, Kuwait, Greece), perform for companies such as Jeep, AT&T, Teva, The UPS Store, and Warner Bro. Games. In June of 2014, I opened the Move to Inspire Parkour Training Facility, the first Parkour gym on the Western Slope. I currently own and operate the gym and all of it’s operations.

I am still on my movement path, learning how to create, train, and move. If you have any inquiries, comments, or questions about Parkour. You can email me at: vinnie@movetoinspire.com”
